If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Our technical team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your scooter in its original box with all chargers and manuals included, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and mileage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
